Obscura CueLight adds projected glamour to the pool table
Bharat | Sep 19 2009

If it has to be cool, the thing must make provision for projections. This is what I guessed after I saw this strikingly appealing twist to the game of pool, even that world beating robot couldn’t revolutionize the actual essence this bad. Bang that, come firm with the unaffordable reality. Obscura CueLight for the pool table employs overhead projector that creates images to follow the balls, or set up flames to track behind the balls, these, well patched with the sensors that actually respond.

A real distraction I may say if you’d expect Efren Reyes to play on a table with lights and stuff, even ‘The Magician’ will fail with his tricks here. Yet the system costs $80,000? And what, it’s projecting on a $125,000 pool table at the Esquire Ultimate Bachelor Pad? Crazy shit folks, but I know there are some moneylutics (if that makes a term) to get their cash flowing to get this home. Follow the jump for the video.
