We’ve been fascinated by pico projectors, as they have given us maximum projection utility at minimum price and at a very handy stature. Come SID and we hear of Light Blue Optics doing a pico projector in a touch-enabled avatar. Working on holographic laser-based projector modules and letting the user interact with the projector at a touch, given the touch-interface, the device has an ultra-wide projection angle with the ability to analyze optical aberrations. Supporting WVGA or QVGA images at 10 lumens, the mini projector projects well on almost all possible surfaces, how much and with what resolution and image size, we aren’t sure – so we are waiting too as you wait for more info on the novel device.
