Cheaper, faster computers with Intel's new Core i7 and Core i5 chips
Bharat | Sep 8 2009

The need is for fastest computing solutions at minimum possible price. AMD and Intel have lived to cater to the speed needs, yes Intel’s done well here with the Core i7 CPU’s we’ve seen. But Core i7 900-series has only been for the class above the average owing to the price, while we’ve sufficed with overclocking options. Now, with the introduction of powerful yet cheap processing solutions in the Core i7 800 and the Core i5 CPU, Intel’s once again given us something different to try.

Tweaked to be used with, also to be introduced Intel P55 Express motherboard chipset, the new processing solution’s perfect as it starts as low as $199 for 2.6GHz CPU. The P55 Express motherboard would flaunt the beauty of graphics bandwidth, while Core i7’s will boast double-channel memory interface. Core i5 chip will have the two-channel memory limit, thus giving us a real entrant in high-performance, low energy and cost efficient segment.
